Like many other non-profit organizations over the last year, The Counseling Center has scheduled and rescheduled galas and appeals so many times because of the on-going pandemic, we might be in a farce, going in one door just as someone else comes out another.  Now seems a good time to review the current situation:

*May 2021: We have canceled our traditional spring gala. Although this date marks our actual 50th anniversary, we’ve decided to wait until we can celebrate in person.

*October 1, 2021: Save the date for some fall fun–an in-person, Covid safe Oktoberfest fund-raiser at the Bronxville Field Club. For those who don’t feel comfortable joining in person, this event will also be live-streamed. Details will follow closer to the date.

*May 6, 2022: We will celebrate our 50th anniversary in an all-out, in-person, extravagant gala at the Bronxville Field Club.  Honorees will be Doug Cruikshank, who was originally announced as our 2020 honoree (only to face a Covid cancellation), and Si and Vicki Ford, long-time residents (until recently) whose myriad contributions to our community continue to enrich our lives.  Come to support us and stay to enjoy the food, the live auction, each other’s company, and many exciting surprises!

*At any time, you may donate to The Counseling Center, by going to counselingcenter.org/ and clicking on the Donate Button; by calling 914- 793-3388; or by sending a check to The Counseling Center, 180 Pondfield Road, Bronxville, NY 10708.

The Counseling Center is a non-profit organization of nine therapists that relies on donations to support its outreach into Bronxville, and beyond.  We are deeply grateful for your continued generosity, which acknowledges the vital need for good mental health, and allows us to help those in our extended community who are unable to pay full-free for our services.

We're here to help!

We’re a no-judgment zone, so feel free to come to us with any questions or concerns.
